Mr.Udo-E.Land has finished his studies in Physics with an academic degree from the Technical University in Hanover, Germany.  He started his career in Operation Research Management in a company based in Munich.  After that he worked as Project Manager in an Electronic System Engineering Company a subsidiary of Siemens, AEG, Rhode & Schwarz and SEL.  He shifted to the northern part of Germany to become the Technical Director in Philips System Engineering. After he was requested by British-Aerospace, Dasa, Rheinmetall and Sema Group to build up a common subsidiary as competence centre for informatic in the town of Meppen, he started the whole operation as the Managing Director of the company. 

In 1995 he shifted to India as Managing Director of Flender Limited and he was responsible for Production and/or Sales of the Flender AG products in India, Australia and ASEAN States. In 1999-2000 he was President of Indo German Chamber of Commerce. At that time he took over the responsibility of all the Babcock Borsig Group of Companies in India In 2003 he made an MBO of BBSPL, where he is currently Chairman and Director.

Mr. S. M. Janarthanan Director - Operations and Member of the Board, has an Engineering Degree from the Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirappalli. He has worked in the engineering field for more than 25 years and has worked in various positions both in India and abroad. He has been with the Babcock group for more than 18 years.

Ms. Latha Mani, Director and Member of the Board, has done her Post
Graduation in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She has varied
experience in the fields of Finance and Controlling for more than 20 Years and she is with the Babcock Group for the past 11 Years. Ms. Latha Mani is the CFO and now heads the departments of HR, Admin and Finance.
